Revelation 3:7-13
Sunday, 17 February 2019
Duration: 54 mins 22 secs
The Church in Philadelphia is the only church told that it will not have to suffer "the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world". This is because the Church in Philadelphia kept (guarded) the Word of God! We also see that the Church in Philadelphia is a small church and has "a little strength". This is the remnant that exists today. As the Western Church goes the way of Sardis and Laodicea, the true Body of Christ (the remnant) will receive the promise given to the Church in Philadelphia - to escape the Tribulation.

Series: 03-Leviticus
Duration: 52 mins 10 secs
Leviticus 18 - 20 all deal with our holiness. Holiness is our relationship to God (righteousness is our relationship with each other). These chapters deal with sexual immorality (fornication, adultery, homosexuality, etc) and child sacrifice (abortion). God "who has separated you from the peoples" expects us to seek His ways and seek after holiness (Hebrews 12:14). It is only by having His Holy Spirit in us that we can walk in holiness!
Revelation 3:1
Sunday, 03 February 2019
Duration: 59 mins 4 secs
Even though The Church at Sardis had a lot of activity, it was a spiritually dead church. Sardis itself was a very wealth city and because of this they would tend to not lean on the God of their Salvation for their needs. This is very similar to Western Protestantism. Pastor Rit covers the first verse in the Letter to Sardis and reviews other accounts in the Bible where the Spirit of God left (spiritual death) but the people didn't even realize because they were so focused on themselves.

Leviticus 10:1-20
Wednesday, 16 January 2019
Series: 03-Leviticus
Duration: 52 mins 51 secs
Nadab and Abihu "offered profane fire before the LORD" and "fire went out from the LORD and devoured them". While we enjoy the doctrine of Mercy - not getting what we deserve - we still need to ensure that we do not offer "profane fire" in the choices we make in life. In 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 (NKJV), the Apostle Paul tells us "Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are." We are living temples of God because His Spirit dwells in us - may we keep His temple pure and holy by the choices we make!
